
The Sinabung Volcano in Indonesia erupted violently, and the smoke rose to an altitude of 4,500 meters in North Sumatra Province.
On July 28, a violent eruption of Mount Sinabung lasted 12 minutes. The local government has advised people to avoid entering the area within 5 kilometers of the volcano.
The eruption has not affected the flight. Indonesia is located in the Pacific Rim seismic zone, with 129 active volcanoes in its territory. Mount Sinabung is one of the most active active volcanoes in Indonesia, with an altitude of 2,460 meters. It has been active since 2013. So far, 30,000 residents have moved out of the area.
