July 4th is the 245th Independence Day of the United States. The White House invited more than 1,000 guests, including military and medical personnel, to participate in the Independence Day celebration picnic. U.S. President Joe Biden delivered a speech announcing that the United States is coming out of the pain and fear caused by the new crown epidemic, and urged the public to call "vaccination is the most patriotic behavior." As of July 4, the US population vaccination rate was 67%, which failed to reach the 70% target set by Biden. On that day, the United States had newly confirmed 4169 cases and 38 deaths in a single day.
